Robin has been engaged with United Ways over the last 37 years, beginning with the development of Data Pro Financial Software in 1982. In 1995 Robin and her partner, Peter Backers, founded a sales and consulting organization called Key Koncepts, Inc. in Kalamazoo, MI. They quickly partnered with Andar Software to introduce their services to the market, growing Andar from 3 customers in 1999 to nearly 400 customers currently. Robin has been involved in every aspect of Andar, from training to conversion to sales and marketing.
