We recently developed a Featured Enhancements List to collect feedback from you and other Andar/360 users.

Easy, Remote, Web-based Andar/360 Access

With i-Access, many customers who are working from home find an easy, cost-effective way for their entire organization to access and work in Andar/360 over the web. The Andar i-Access module is quick to implement, and the staff training/rollout is straightforward.

Andar i-Access will display dashboards and bio tabs on the web, which makes it easy for staff to maintain account information remotely. Currently, users can add, update, and delete a limited amount of information, run reports, enter their communications, and create or update notes with their accounts and complete surveys for their accounts online.

Access Account Information From Anywhere

Your workdays are busy with a variety of tasks. Your role might even have you out of the office more than you are at your desk. Save time and increase your efficiency by putting in your notes, communications, and updating contact information while on the go rather then waiting for when you get back into the office.

The Andar i-Access module will display a user's dashboards and the custom Bio Tabs on the web, making it easy for Resource Development staff to maintain their account information remotely. Learn more about it in Customer Support.

Andar/360 on the Web

Quickly access your personalized Andar dashboards and constituent profile bio-tabs from your i‑Phone, i‑Pad, or any Android phone or tablet using i-Access.

In just a tap, you can search, find, and update your constituent contact information, communications, or notes. Plus, easily maintain up‑to‑the‑minute data by dictating your meeting notes while on the road.

Need to view a specific account report?
Simply select the account name, and the report will appear. Be even more productive than you already are by managing your campaigns, updating your goals and projections, downloading reports, and managing your task list on the go.

i-Access: Add and Update Notes

i-Access allows users to access Andar/360 from your phone, tablet or other device.

Users can now add or update notes through i-Access*

Simply add the following bio tab app: Profile Tabs app > CRM > Notes.


* Note: users cannot currently add or update attachments to notes. 

Mobile Andar/360 with i-Access

i‑Access gives you quick and easy access to your personalized Andar dashboards and constituent profile bio-tabs from your i‑Phone, i‑Pad, or any Android phone or tablet.

In just a few taps, you can search, find, and update your constituent contact information. Easily make your meeting notes while on the road. You have all of your up‑to‑the‑minute constituent information at your fingertips.

With i‑Access, it's easy to manage your campaigns, update your goals & projections, download reports, and manage your task list. Be even more productive... when viewing your Andar PDF reports on your smartphone, you can tap any account name to immediately open that account in i‑Access.

Google reCAPTCHA to Replace Andar simple CAPTCHA

Would you like to use the Google reCAPTCHA instead of the simple Andar/360 default? Follow these simple directions with the 2018.02 service pack loaded.

    1. Open https://www.google.com/recaptcha/.
    2. Click on the Get reCAPTCHA button (if logged in click "My reCAPTCHA").
    3. Select reCAPTCHA V2 and register your domain. It will generate two keys: Site key and Secret key. 
    4. Copy the 2 keys and paste them into Andar > System preferences > e-Community > e-Community - General > CAPTCHA settings.

**The new Google reCAPTCHA will work only if both keys are entered.

Portlet Web Notes in i-Access

Coming in Service Pack 2018.02: Create a Bio App "Portlet Web Note" in i-Access.

In service pack 2017.02 we provided the ability to create a new Bio App to show one of the ten "Portlet" web notes (read project 103589).

These portlet notes are perfect for RD folks to add personalized messages that would show on a donor's emails, web pages and letters up to a specific date (exp date).

We will also be providing this functionality in i-Access.
