With i-Access, many customers who are working from home find an easy, cost-effective way for their entire organization to access and work in Andar/360 over the web. The Andar i-Access module is quick to implement, and the staff training/rollout is straightforward.
Andar i-Access will display dashboards and bio tabs on the web, which makes it easy for staff to maintain account information remotely. Currently, users can add, update, and delete a limited amount of information, run reports, enter their communications, and create or update notes with their accounts and complete surveys for their accounts online.
