Some of you may have spotted these new items in your Andar menus and panels, but do you know what they are?
Starting in 2018.02 a new feature was added that will allow you to set up an account with a ‘Web Customization Account’ and attribute it to be used as a template for similar account groupings. For instance, if you have a group of Agency accounts that run campaigns, you can set up one account called “Agency Campaigns” and apply all notes/options in that account to your organizations running this type of campaign.
This is applied in the e-Community / Customization Tab of each organization account.

In addition to this, the tailoring account will now have, ‘Web Default Settings’ appended to the name in all locations to clarify its intended use. The mobile Tailoring account area of system preferences has been made obsolete as well. Certain conditions that apply will affect how your specific environment reacts. It has been determined that the Mobile Tailoring Account is no longer needed to achieve mobile responsive e-Community pages, as such the following changes will be made.
In System Preferences > e-Community > e-Community – General:
• If Mobile Tailoring Account is not populated in system preferences, it will be removed.
• If Mobile Tailoring Account is populated in system preferences with the same account at the Tailoring Account, it will be removed.
• If Mobile Tailoring Account is populated in system preferences with an account different than that of the Tailoring Account, it will not be removed and will function as normal.
